1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the WePix app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

WePix is an expense tracking and splitting app for groups of friends. The app allows:

• Creating groups to organize shared expenses
• Recording and splitting expenses between participants
• Communicating with group members via chat
• Facilitating payment coordination via PIX

Important: WePix does not process financial transactions. PIX payments are made directly through your bank's app.

3. Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app
• A person may maintain only one account

4. Acceptable Use

When using WePix, you agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Share offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the app's operation or its servers
• Use the app for spam or harassment
• Violate intellectual property rights

5. User Content

• You are responsible for content you share in the app
• By submitting content, you warrant that you have the right to share it
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

6. Intellectual Property

The WePix app, including its design, code, logos and content, is the property of Pedro Vinicio de Carvalho Vaz. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior authorization.

7. Disclaimer

• WePix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• We are not responsible for financial disputes between users
• We are not responsible for errors in expense calculations entered incorrectly by users
• We are not responsible for PIX transactions made outside the app

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the app inappropriately. You may also terminate your account at any time through the account deletion page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
